Have you ever been soo ravenous after hitting the gym? Yeah, me too! I normally skip eating before going to the gym because I tend to workout better on an empty stomach than having a full belly of delicious food. So I just drink two cups of coffee and on the way I go to a better bod.
This recipe is soo fast and quick, it’s incredible. The flavor will fill your mouth with excitement and comfort. Make it and feel spectacular!
Crispy Avocado Toast
2 Bread slices
Fry the avocado in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat with some olive oil until golden brown. Then toast your two slices of bread, it doesn’t matter what kind of bread you use. I used a multi-grain bread. Then add your eggs to the olive oil, fry until the whites are done, and the yolks are runny. Butter your toast, place on a plate, then add your fried avocado, and your eggs. Take some freshly grated Parmesan and sprinkle it on top. Now you have yourself a very healthy crispy avocado toast dish!
